The reservation fee will form part of the contract price and will be deducted from the down payment of the unit that you have chosen.

1.)    Go to any international bank.

2.)  Advise the bank that you want to remit Php 50,000.00 to Php100,000.00 (based on the unit you want to reserve) or equivalent to:

3.)  Secure a deposit slip from the bank where you deposited your money.  Fax to us the deposit slip. This will be your proof that you have remitted to us the reservation amount.  Our fax number is +63-2 887 1549

4.)  Once we have received your fax, we will send you via courier the following form for you to fill up and for approval/signature and send the initial copy via fax.  Our fax number is +63-2 887 1549

5.)  You have to send the duly filled up form to ETON PROPERTIES PHILIPPINES INC. all the documents that you have signed plus the photocopy of your passport or any valid ID to the following address:

6.)  The signatories here at Eton Properties Philippines Inc. will accomplish the documents after which we will send you the copy via courier.

OTHER DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

A. Individuals

  Client's current year Community Tax Certificate (CTC) and at least one (1) valid ID.

     - If married current year CTC and and ID of spouse

     - If a client is a foreigner, copy of passport may be provided in lieu of CTC

B.  Corporation 

   SEC Certificate of Registration and CTC of Corporation

   Secretary Certificate indicating:

      - the authority of the Corp. to enter into a sale agreement with Eton Properties 

         Philippines Inc. or the authority of the Corp. to purchase a unit in Eton Residences 

         Greenbelt (project-specific)

      -  the authorized signatory and representative of the Corp. for the said sale

   CTC and valid ID of authorized company signatory/representative.

For Individuals and Corporation

    Complete POST DATED CHECKS  to cover the down payment, monthly amortization,

     and the turn over balance.
